One Pot Macaroni and Cheese - Use whatever Pasta you have in the house! : ) #MacaroniAndCheese #EasyMac #AlfredoSauce

\

AND, I just found out that you can just pour heavy cream into a pan, heat it up, add some butter, let that cook down, no flour necessary, then gradually add in your cheese, salt and pepper, to taste... yum! Add Parmesan Cheese, if you want to make an Alfredo Sauce - so easy, right? And healthy! : )

Yum!  Super Cheesey, and Super Easy Penne - just like Mac 'n Cheese, but with Penne - lol!

One Pot Macaroni and Cheese - but tonight I used Penne - yum!  Any pasta noodle is fine - whatever you happen to have in the house.

You pour the milk right in the large pot, 6 to 8 cups of milk (I ended up using 7 cups of milk - that's a lot of milk... but makes a huuge pot of Penne and Cheese, and you can easily freeze it, too : ), pour in the whole bag of Pasta, ad the cubes of cheese - I just use whatever cheese I have not gotten around to using up... I am very bad for buying a lot of cheese when it's a good deal, and it always seems to come in a 2 blocks of cheese for $10, and I buy it, put it in the fridge, forget all about it - so this is a great meal, and a great way to use up your cheese - lol!

And, the next time I make this, I think I'll try throwing in a block of cream cheese - that would be nice and creamy and delicious, right?  Me gots'ta try that! lol!

(So, as a little aside, I thought that was a LOT of milk, so I wonder if it could be half milk, half water?  Or even more water, add the milk at the end? Hmm... Is good to play around with these things, in the kitchen, find a nice happy medium, for you : )

Everything you need - I cook for my boy, my son is 15, and not a big fan of Pepper, so I just add in the Pepper, to taste, later, but I do sprinkle in some Seasoning Salt while I'm cooking.. just a wee bit - salt and pepper can always be added, individually, right?

Here it is all melted - yum!  Very smooth and delicious - just cook until the pasta or the noodles are tender, to taste, and serve - is fun to watch it all come together, in ONE POT - lol!

Tasty, AND One Pot??  Yahoo!!  Almost Done - just carefully check for doneness... is that a word?? lol!  Well, taste it, see if it's the right texture for you : )  Be careful, the cheese will be on the inside of the pasta, too, so it'll be hot... and delicious! : )

Yum!  And there it is - so super-duper easy, a One Pot Meal, a One Pot Wonder - lol!

Sooo Easy Macaroni and Cheese - delicious!

Can you really make Macaroni and Cheese in one pot, no fiddling around with a fancy sauce?  Yep!  I just did it - we had sooo much extra cheese in the fridge, because Walmart had a great price on their cheese, last week, but I can never be bothered with fussing around in the kitchen - I want delicious, healthy, straight-forward food, and this couldn't be any easier : )

Oh, and for the record, WalMart in Canada is really nice, employees are paid well, because we have a good minimum wage (and probably get annual raises), and they treat their employees well, here - hope that happens in the States, soon, too : )

Go ahead and put the water on for your macaroni - I pour in about 3/4 of the bag - use as much as you like : )

Cut up your cheese into little cubes, then cut some butter into cubes, too. I used about 3/4 of the package of sharp cheddar cheese, and about a stick of butter (in Canada, we don't get our butter in sticks - booo!  I love how they sell butter in the states : ) lol!

If you know me, and I hopes you do ( lol! ), you'll know that I rarely measure anything - pour this in, a splash o' that...you know, that sort of thing : )

It's so fast to cook the macaroni, so just drain the macaroni when it's cooked the way you like it (I always do a little taste test - take one noodle out, see if it's just right), give it a quick rinse with cold water, so the pasta doesn't stick, then pour the macaroni right back in the same pot you cooked it in.

Give it a good stir - I use my oven mitts on the pot handle, for extra safety... and add a splash of milk when you need to make it easier to stir, but you want the pasta to stay hot while the cheese and butter is melting - I would imagine you could easily use margarine, instead, I'm just a butter girl, is all : )  But you'll know when to add some milk - you'll want to add some milk, stir, stir, stir, add some more milk, stir again...maybe more milk and stir some more... until it's beautiful and smooth...yum!

Yum, right??  It's perfect, so lovely and cheesy, no hassles with a tricky cheese sauce... and absolutely delicious : )

We each had a bowl of this fabulously easy macaroni and cheese, then I poured the rest into an 8" X 8" pan, sprinkled it with Seasoning salt and shredded cheese, popped it in the freezer for another meal, another day - soo easy, and makes at least 6 meals, maybe more : )

Omg, this Macaroni and Cheese is soo easy!

You can pop this right in the oven at 350 Degrees F, probably 20 to 30 minutes...and you can add some bread crumbs with some dobs of butter, if you really want to 'fancy it up' - lol!  I think you could probably make your own bread crumbs with some toast - process it or crush it, if it's easy to crumble?  Hmmm, haven't tried that, yet... but might be worth a try! Ooh, what about some crushed chips, corn chips or Doritoes? lol!  We couldn't wait - we just had the macaroni and cheese, right away, wanted to see if this worked! haha!  And it was seriously lovely, and super easy.

Oh, and salt and pepper, to taste... : )

Cheesecake Mousse - Yum! Light and Fluffy, and you can make it for the Paleo Diet, too! #Cheesecake #Mousse #EasyRecipes #Desserts #NoEggs #NoBake #RomanticMeal : )

Cheesecake Mousse - Yum!
Light and Fluffy, and you can make it for the Paleo Diet, too!

2 - 8oz packages of Cream Cheese (You can use 1 package of Cream Cheese, if you like : )

Whipping Cream (I use the larger container), or One package of Dream Whip (the Low-Fat version!)

Mini-marshmallows (1 small bag or about 3/4 of a large bag of mini-marshmallows)

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 Tsp. Vanilla

Top with Fresh Berries, or Pie Filling, or have it just as it is - is delicious, light and smooth, any way you like it! Yum!

This is a really easy recipe – takes about 20 minutes to make.

I pour the Cheesecake Mousse into a giant Baggie, cut off the corner, use that to pipe the Cheesecake Mousse into Wine Glasses and Shot Glasses - so cute! Very pretty!

Of course, you know I like to make a LOT of anything I ever make, so I go with the larger version of everything - the large container of Whipping Cream - there's a small one, like the size of a small carton of milk you might've gotten at school, then the next size up is usually the largest you can get - so it looks like a half carton... you'll see it in the dairy section : )

I loove this Birthday Flower Cake - this really breaks me up - so cute, right??

So, let's say you're on the Paleo Diet, or you love someone who is on the Paleo Diet, and you want to make a lovely wee treat for them that they can eat, and stay on their Paleo Diet, right?  And, in case you're wondering, the Paleo Diet says it's okay to eat Fat, but allows only a small number of Carbs, per day... so, if you are making this delicious Cheesecake Mousse for the Paleo Diet, you can go ahead and whip the Whipping Cream, then beat the cream cheese so it's creamy, and add in the lemon juice and the vanilla.

Mix the cream cheese with the whip cream - gently, first, then you can whip this mixture, too, so it's lovely and smooth - like in the picture! lol! Go ahead and put that in a wine glass, maybe a different one from the others, so you'll know for sure which one is the Paleo Cheesecake Mousse : )

Add a little Stevia to sweeten the Cheesecake Mousse, if you like : )

This is one of my favorite parts of making this delicious, light and fluffy Cheesecake Mousse... you pour the mini-marshmallows into a large microwave-safe bowl, and pop it in the microwave for about 2 minutes - you'll be watching it, and when the marshmallows fluff right up, usually at the 1:35 minute mark, but you're a'gonna keep an eye on it, right, so you can take the mini-marshmallows out of the microwave (you can use normal size marshmallows, too - I just like the mini-marshmallows better - more fun - lol!)...

So you take the mini-marshmallows out the microwave, and stir right away, then pour into the cream cheese mixture.  If you are making this lovely Cheesecake Mousse as one batch, and you're making it the regular way, I always pour the mini-marshmallows, melted and stirred, straight into the cream cheese mixture, and THEN add the Whip Cream, gently.  I just fold in the Whipped Cream. Yum!

Can you see the mini-marshmallows?  Soo cool!  That's the stirred mini-marshmallows on the Right.

This is My Original Cherry Cheesecake Recipe - I'm just making this delicious Cheesecake recipe as a Cheesecake Mousse, today, since we all want to have a nice little light dessert, tonight, so we're skipping the Graham Crumb Crust, but that's crazy-delicious, too!  : )

See all the lovely wine glasses and wee dishes for the Cheesecake Mousse?? lol!  The Wine Glass in the middle is much bigger than it looks in this pic - lol!  But I put the Paleo Diet Cheesecake Mousse in a different wine glass, so we can tell them apart... and then I thought, well, what else do I have to put the Cheesecake Mousse in, and limited space in the fridge, so I used the little blue dishes, and a couple of little Lucky 4 leaf clover Shot Glasses - lol!

I think it would be a lot of fun to make this Cheesecake Mousse and put it ALL in Shot Glasses - the perfect amount for a party, right??  Or a little treat, just for you (and people you love! lol!) : )

Happy Eating!! Ailsa : )

The Paleo Diet Version of the Cheesecake Mousse - so good!!
So here's how it all breaks down - if you are on the Paleo Diet, you will want to keep your carbs right down there, so just use the Cream Cheese (1 g of Carbs), Lemon Juice (0 g of Carbs), Vanilla, and the Whipping Cream ( 1 g of Carbs).  You can easily add some nice fresh fruit, too - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries.. whatever fruit you like, or have it just as it is - is all good, for sure!

Low Fat Version of this Delicious Cheesecake Mousse - yahoo!  Yummy AND Low Fat! lol!
When you are making this delicious Cheesecake Mousse the regular way, it's still a very healthy little treat, and if you want to lower the Fat grams, use the Low Fat Cream Cheese, Use the Dream Whip (.5 g of Fat), and you can make the Dream Whip with any milk you like... and the marshmallows are Fat-Free - yahoo!

How great is THAT??  Yum, and sooo great! lol!

Shot, shot, shot, shot-shot! haha! Deeelish!!

Cherry Cheesecake, my original recipe - sooo crazy-good!
