Rosemary Steak and Onion Barley - and the Barley is a Secret #Aphrodisiac - for real! lol! #Steak #Dinner! #Rosemary - How to cook with it : )

Rosemary Steak with Onion Barley

Dis me, makin' da Rosemary Steak - yum! Is soo crazy delicious, thinly sliced, amazing the next day for little snacks or lunch, if it lasts that long! lol!

This is a unique flavor combination I think you will love – plus, I think the Barley is an Aphrodisiac! No Kidding! You’ll need to let me know if you’ve found it to be that, too! Ha,ha!

Ingredients:
1 Large Flank Steak
1 Cup Olive Oil
½ Cup Vinegar
6 tbsp. Dried Rosemary
2 tbsp. Montreal Steak Spice

Directions:
1. Mix Marinade and pour over the Flank Steak.
2. Cover and leave in Fridge until ready to cook. As with all marinades, the longer you leave it, the stronger the flavor.
3. Remove Meat from Marinade.
4. Grill on the BBQ or under the Broiler (watch it very carefully for fire, though…).

If you like to Bake your meat, you can put the meat in an oven-proof dish with about 2 cups of water and ½ cup of oil, cover with tin-foil, and bake it at 350 F. for a couple of hours.

You will want to put it under the grill at the last bit of cooking time - but you have to really keep an eye on it, watch out for it burning - you just want to be extra-careful, what with the oil on there! : )

Quick Tip: And you can make one of my all-time favorite #Marinades, great for Steak, Chicken, anything you like...

In a large baggie or a bowl or pan, whatever you want to marinate your meat in...

Montreal Steak Spice (A necessity for Meat Lovers - lol!) 4 Tbsp? (A lot! lol!)

Vinegar 1/3 cup

Oil 2/3 cup

I reluctantly say 1/3 cup, or 2/3 cup, since, really, it depends on how much meat you're cooking, right? But the basic ratio is 1/3 vinegar, 2/3 oil, then add in whatever spices you like... fast, delicious, the meat will be so delicious and tender - did I already say delicious? hahaha!)

I'm just guessing you like cars - lol! : )

Onion Barley
1 Cup Pearl Barley, washed
3 Cups Water, Boiled
5 tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
2 tbsp. Butter
Rinse the Barley under cold water – remember to use a sieve! Ha,ha!
Boil the water in a pot that has a tight-fitting lid. (Like you would use for Rice…) Once boiled, add the Onion Soup Mix – I always buy this in a large bag at Costco, my favorite store, so I measure it in tbsp., but two packages from a regular box of Onion Soup mix will be about right, too!
Stir in the Butter.
Pour the Barley into the pot and give it a wee stir. Turn down the heat to Low.
Cover and let cook for at least 25 minutes. (Good time to Cook the Meat!)

That’s it! I happen to like Corn with this meal, but add your favorite veggie and you’ve got a lovely meal!
This is the surprising little Aphrodisiac, so let me know if you happen to notice any ‘results’ later in the evening!
*Find the Barley in the Soup Aisle at your regular Grocery Store. Pick up some Soup Starter, too, to make fast and delicious soups! (They’re always right beside one another…)

#BB16 - Donny's a Break Out Star, but, booo, Donny has to swing by the Big Brother Jury House, first... : )

 #TheBoldandtheBeautiful, #BBDonny

Wow, boooo, Donny's out of the Big Brother house...so sad. I really loved Donny, but I am thrilled about the offer from The Bold and the Beautiful, for Donny to go on as a special guest - so exciting!  Go, Donny, get your Soap Opera on! lol! At least we know how much fun Donny will have in the Big Brother Jury House, but how sad was it to see Donny's tears flowing down his cheeks, when he first came out to talk to Julie Chen.

So I don't really get why the #TeamAmerica mission failed - I thought it was really funny, and #TeamAmerica got the whole Big Brother house in on it, so why the fail?  Wonder if they can change that, give #TeamAmerica, Donny, Frankie and Derrick, one more taste o' da $5,000 prize... I was pretty surprised that Derrick wasn't able to swing a win for Donny, to keep #TeamAmerica together, but now Frankie is playing a new game, sooo, really, at this point in the game, it's every man (or woman) for themselves, soooo, it's Game On, for sures.

I wonder if the floaters in the Big Brother house, Victoria and Christine, will band together with Nicole, gain some strength? Seems unlikely, given the history of the girls in this season of Big Brother... but one can always hope - lol!  But man, was Christin'es husband ever mildly annoyed by all of Christine's flirting. Frankly, I hated the mom - bleah! Hate when a mother won't support her daughter - what crap that is (a little too close to home for me?? lol!) ...the mother wants to support Christine's marriage, which, well, might very well be on the rocks, after all of the flirting with Cody, but come on, look at Cody... Christine has probablly never been that close to a man that handsome, before, and how weird is that that Christine and her husband, Tim, have been together, as friends first, since they were 12? what if Christine hasn't had ANY other outside influence, and now she's finally coming into her own, hmmm? But, no, yick, I did not like Christine's parents - bleah. Just support your daughter, don't get your little Christian knickers in a knot... and, of course, I am super-religious, mah'self, so it okay dat me say that, right? Not all Christians are the picture of kindness... I'd say, maybe 30%... ooh, me gets in twouble for that... that's just my own experience at Church, where lots of very mean and very unkind people go, once a week, or so, and are super mean the rest of the time... why bother going? Okay, I'll revise that number, but only out o' sheer guilt - see, the Church worked for me, there, I carry around tons o' guilt - lol!  okay, 70% nice... most of the time... or 100% god (well, that's an interesting typo, right? I meant to say 'good'), 80% kind...well, now I'm just working my way back out of the hole - hahaha!  (Aaaahh, yikes - hope me no gets in a lot o' trouble for mah' thoughts on this... is my own personal experience...hope that helps... : )

Okay, see you later, my fellow Big Brother fan! lol!  Hope you've got something super-fun planned (or even better, not planned!) for the Labor Day Weekend! Ailsa : )

Dat me!  I was just looking through my selection of public images that I have on hand for when I'm writing about Big Brother, right, and lookie what me found?? It me, baby, in da kitchen, where I always be! lol!  That's our favorite meat marinade - A few tbsp. of Montreal Steak Spice (the one they talk about on Big Brother After Dark, ironically enough - is fantastic on anything - veggies done on the BBQ, or in a tin foil 'case' in the oven, or on the BBQ, on mushrooms, in my fave Macaroni Salad - you name it, I love Montreal Steak Spice on tons o' things : )  And then just put the Montreal Steak Spice in a large baggie, or a bowl, or whatever it is you like to marinade things in, mix with 2/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup vinegar, whammo, deeelicious! You can use this marinade for steak, chicken, anything you like : )   Also, I really liked that dress - lol!  Think I wore it so much, I mightta worn that wee thing out! lol!  (Mostly, I just wanted to see what I looked like in this picture, and compare it to what I look like, now - I think the gym is the Fountain of Youth - think I'm 48 in this pic : )  lol!

Big Brother 16: Cody Chickens Out, Doesn't Make His Big Move - Darn It! lol!

#BB16 - Cody Chickens Out, Doesn't Make His Big Move - Dang It! lol!

Well, I thought for sures that Cody would be the strong man that he is, and make a Big Move, maybe put Frankie on the block, but he just couldn't bring himself to take that chance... it must be so hard, when you're right in the middle of The Big Brother house, and you're staring right down at that difficult decision, whether to go up against the wishes of your alliance, or stand up for yourself... and most of the time, sticking with your alliance works out for the best, since you can just keep riding that wave, but, in this case, it looks like maybe a lost opportunity to take out a Big Player.

I'm glad they're finally saying that maybe Christine isn't just throwing competitions, maybe that's just an easy thing to say you're throwing the competition, when, in fact, you're just crap at competitions, right? hahaha!  Schneaky! lol!  "Hey, I'm totally gonna throw this competition", every single time? Mmmmm, suspicious! lol!

Did you like the #TeamAmerica mission? lol!  I loooved Derrick's impersonation of Jocasta, with the Bible and all the frozen peas, and the Praise Jesus - too funny, Donny's impersonation of Devin was hilarious, Frankie's impression of Joey, with the pillows in his butt - so silly, but pretty funny...and I thought Caleb's impersonation of Hayden was super funny, but Nicole, she no think so! haha!  Nicole has her own vision of Hayden - pretty cute that Nicole and Hayden had the best showmance, so far, this Big Brother season.  I think #TeamAmerica completed their mission, so I hope they get the votes on that, and #TeamAmerica, Donny, Frankie and Derrick, each get the $5,000. : )

Pretty scary what happened to Victoria, poor kid. So what happens if, God Forbid, there's any kind of medical emergency, or necessity, in The Big Brother house? Wouldn't Victoria be taken out to a dentist, have her wisdom teeth taken out? Who covers the cost? Not that dental work is very expensive in the States - going to the dentist in Canada is a ridiculous price, now - really, they need to make dental and vision care part of the normal health care package, in Canada, and everywhere else : )  It should be a part of universal health care, right? What an odd thing for a first world country not to have good dental and vision care.

Okay, 'til next time! Hope you have your bestest day, yet, and something fantastic happens for you!  Ailsa : )

#BB16 - Come on, Cody, Make a Big Move! Or at least a little one...? lol!

#BB16 - Cody's on Top! So we need Cody to make a Big Move - something shocking, something that will surprise the whole Big Brother house...maybe backdoor Frankie or even Derrick, or, more likely, backdoor Christine, if Nicole or Donny can get themselves off the block?  Yikes!  This is the week for Big Moves... you want to take the really Big Players out, at this point, or at least shake up the whole Big Brother house, make the people at the top work a little harder, since, really, they've had it pretty easy, all the way through, just sailing through, totally in charge... is very interesting to me that the 'underlings' either don't notice, or don't seem to mind coming in last.. but why would any of them want Victoria to come in second?

Of course, the last person standing, wants to go up against a really weak player, but doesn't it seem like second place is just being handed to Victoria? And I'm sure Victoria is a lovely girl, but she can't win a competition to save her Big Brother life... hmmm... I just like to see people who really deserve to be there, get to win the big prizes...

Speaking of winning big prizes, no new missions for #TeamAmerica, tonight...and there's a serious breakdown between Derrick and Donny, but it's Derrick who is pushing that away, by confronting Donny. I dunno, I really liked Derrick, and have liked him all through this Big Brother season, but tonight Derrick seemed a little arrogant to me, like he's just sailing through.  Plus, I guess I don't like to see Donny attacked, and Derrick did seem pretty aggressive with Donny, out in the back yard... hmmmm.

I just wanna see Cody make a really Big Move. Come on, Cody, do something huuuge!  Do something memorable... it must be so scary to go against your alliance, but, at this stage of the Big Brother game, it's you or the other guy, do you just want to hand all that money over to the other guy? No. Hopefully not, right?  So I crosses mah' fingers, hopes Cody makes a Big Move! lol!

Go have a TON o' fun!  See you soon!  Ailsa : )

#TheRosieProject, by #GraemeSimsion Such a Great Book! #GoodReads #Autism #Aspergers #BigBangTheory #Sheldon #FreddieHighmore

The Rosie Project, by Graeme Simsion - One of THE best books I've ever read, and that's saying a LOT! Read it, you'll looove it! : )

Omg, you are gonna fall in love with Don, in this wonderful, sooo funny, beautiful little book. It won't take you long to read it, because you won't be able to put it down, you'll be so wrapped up in this fantastic story. Don is soo funny - I had Sheldon's voice in my head, the whole time, Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory...oh, man, I just cannot get enough of this book, The Rosie Project. It's so beautifully crafted, so well written, you will just be taken away by it, and then you'll want to share it with all your friends, colleagues, family, people you pass on the street ... it's just that good! lol!

And here's the thing - this subject matter is so close to my own heart, and almost everyone knows someone like Don, or maybe they relate directly to Don, and it's so moving, so beautiful and sensitive, and hilariously funny - you will absolutely fall in love with this book.

And I don't think this book, #TheRosieProject, or it's sequel, #TheRosieEffect, are necessarily all about #Autism or #Aspergers, they are just a part of Don's wonderful and delightful personality, just the way he is, and I loove that approach. #GraemeSimsion's books are for everyone, but if you happen to have a special space in your heart for some really lovely, really special people, these books will be even more meaningful and precious to you, as they were for me : )

Oh, and my wonderful daughter, Cara, tells me they're making a movie of the Rosie Project, so, of course, that means they will also make the sequel, The Rosie Effect..... I'm hoping the main characters, Don and Rosie, would be played by Sheldon (from The Big Bang Theory)(Jim Parsons, in real life - lol!), as Don Tillman, and Scarlett Johanssen as Rosie... they would be great! and maybe Hugh Jackman as Gene??

Oh, boy, I'm excited about getting to read the next book, The Rosie Effect, and I'm excited to tell you about this incredibly wonderful, beautiful, and enlightening (and soo funny!) book, The Rosie Project, AND, I'm super excited about the movies coming out, The Rosie Project, first, and then The Rosie Effect...

Ooh, now I'm thinking Freddie Highmore, from The Good Doctor, to play the part of our beloved Don... whoever they choose, and I hope they do make The Rosie Project and The Rosie Effect into movies - would be the best Rom-Coms, ever! #RomanticComedy

Right? What do you think? Wait 'til; you've read the book, and let me know! lol! And then Hugh Jackman as Gene?? Man, you'd be so excited when there's another scene with Gene - Yum! lol!

And now there's a sequel about to come out, The Rosie Effect, so we can hardly WAIT for that - will be automatic reading, the second The Rosie Effect gets into our hands - lol!

The Rosie Effect, by Graeme Simsion - the Sequel to The Rosie Effect... you're gonna fall in love with these wonderful books - and Don! And Rosie : )

The Rosie Effect, the second book in Graeme Simsion's Rosie Series (well, I'm hoping it's a Rosie SERIES - hahahaha!  I can't get enough of Don and his hilarious and touching adventures - lol!  So sweet, so funny... oh, man, you are a'gonna looove these beautiful books!

#BB16 - Holy Schmoly, can you believe what happened on BB16, tonight?? #ZachAttack is right out, and Nicole is back in!

#BB16 - Holy Schmoly, can you believe what happened on BB16, tonight?? #ZachAttack is right out, and Nicole is back in!

Here's Zach in happier days, with his favorite pink hat - well, Victoria's pink hat - lol!  Poor old Zach, he was #ZachAttacked right out the Big Brother house.... and Victoria had had it up to here with Zach, so she stole her own pink hat back, took a knife to it, and held it up for Zach to see in his exit video - hahaha!  Pretty funny, Victoria : ) lol!

Oh, man, I'm watching Extant while I'm trying to write this, and it's almost impossible to take my eyes off the TV, Extant is soo good!  Have you seen Extant, yet? Oh, man, Halle Berry is soo good - she'a amazing, but it sure is hard to write with that on! lol!

Wow, what a night on Big Brother, tonight - non-stop action, right? lol!  I thought for sure they would upturn the house, tonight, but not yet, but I love that Donny is trying to make more bold moves...and fantastic that #TeamAmerica accomplished their mission, tonight - I thought that was a done deal when Caleb and Cody found all the stuff, but then when the #NeighborhoodWatch was still in effect, tonight, woohoo, that meant only good news for #TeamAmerica : )  Congrats to #TeamAmerica, Donny, Derrick and Frankie for winning another $5 Grand each!  Good for them!

Is'a gonna be soo exciting to see what happens now that Nicole is back in the house - was sorta funny when Zach, Nicole, Hayden and Jocasta were battling it out to get back in the Big Brother house - it's funny who you think deserves to go back in - who you think is really playing the game, and who is a floater, because who wants a floater to go back in the house? although, floaters have won, that's for sures, right?  lol!  But I was glad to see that Nicole went back into the Big Brother house, and will be great to see if she looks at the 'new board', so-to-speak, if she is looking at the Big Brother house as a chess game, and I hope she is... so shocking that Amber didn't even know how to play chess - that's all Big Brother is, a game of who moves where, and where should you go, now, right? lol!  Hmmm... but Nicole is a lot smarter than I initially thought she was - she's really shown herself to be a good game player, so I hope she can look at the game for what it is, now, and take the personal vendettas out of the picture, because a personal vendetta in the Big Brother house won't win you a half a million dollars... soo, yahooo, we might get to see some really big changes...oooooh!!

'Til next time!  Hope you're having a great day/night/wonderful life! Ailsa : )

Big Brother 16: Kathy Griffin and Zingbot Zing the Big Brother House! : >

Big Brother 16: Kathy Griffin and Zingbot Zing the Big Brother House! : >

Wow, what a crazy show, tonight!  Big Brother went crazy, with such a crucial Veto on the line.  Zingbot arrived in the Big Brother house, and was soo super-nice, Kathy riffin had to do Zingbot's real job - to zing all the house guests on Big Brother - oh, man, I loove Kathy Griffin - so funny!  I loved Frankie's reaction to Kathy Griffin - he was soo excited!  And Kathy Griffin looked great - wow, how does she do it?  I mean, no eat yummy donuts, any more?  Remember on Kathy Griffin's show, she had such a hard time wit' da lack-o'-treats! lol!  Funny!  But she looks amazing - good for her!

So, wow, was a very emotionally charged Big Brother, tonight... poor Zach, he was so upset about possibly going up on the block, he's worried that Frankie will backdoor him, and that's entirely possible, and now Frankie HAS put Zach on the block...

And even though Zach has stirred a lot of pots, so-to-speak, in the Big Brother house, he's a good kid, has a good heart. I'm glad Zach has stayed as long as he has, so america can see more of who he really is... a good kid, smart, funny, good to his kid brother...

What I can't understand, is, why don't the house members talk about Derrick being in charge?  Or Frankie?  Do they all believe they are each the one who is really running the house, except for Donny?  That was soo sad when Donny was clearly devastated that Christine had so obviously thrown the competition. I thought that was too over-the-top, the way Christine threw that competition....pretty funny that Kathy Griffin and the Zingbot went after Christine and Cody's relationship or "non-relationship", that Christine's husband, Tim, would be mad ... pretty funny : )

So were you surprised when Caleb and Cody found their stolen items?  Cody missed his favorite hat, Caleb really missed his cowboy boots, Victoria missed her fave robe, and it looked like #TeamAmerica was going to be successful in this week's mission, but, nope, Caleb and Cody found their missing items fairly quickly...and #TeamAmerica had already gotten the Neighborhood Watch going... so, that's another $15,000 lost, $5 Grand, apiece, for #TeamAmerica... aaawww... I was really hoping Donny, Derrick and Frankie could make another five grand each.

Okay, until next time, night night!  Go have yourself some really great fun! lol! Ailsa : )

Big Brother 16: Christine and Cody, Sittin' in a Tree...and is that all?? lol!

Big Brother 16:  Christine and Cody, Sittin' in a Tree...and is that all?? lol!

Sooo, what up with the whole flirtation thing with Christine and Cody.... married Christine... a little over-the-top, and do you relaly beleive it's just strategy, like Christine claims, or doesn't it seem like a whole lot more? There's flirtation, adn then there's all over the other person...yikes!  That's gotta be tough on Christine's husband - easy for Christine, she's havin' the time of her life, lovin' the Big Brother house - lol!  You go girl! hahaha!

Omg, that was so painful watching Donny fight for his own safety in the Big Black Box... that was waaay too crazy, and soo obvious, for Christine not to help even a little - made me not like Christine, any more, and I really liked her, before. Seemed so dishonest, you know?  and I was sure, so sure, that Donny and Cody might talk to each other, since they both had such a big reaction to their fates being left up to a bag o' Skittles... $500 Grand on the line, all decided by Skittles??  I actually thought Christine might see what's really happening, and go and talk to Donny, along with Cody...

Does it seem to you like Derrick is gonna be called out for engineering the whole game, prety soon?  It's hard to be the leader, even the secret leader, and not have a little mutiny on yer hands (ah' threw in a li'l pirate talk for you, there, mostly, because now it's really late, and that' what you gets from me past midnight - lol!)...

I just felt so sorry for Donny, he knows they're lying to him, his own little #TeamAmerica, Frankie and Derrick, lying straight to his face, and then Christine screwing him over by throwing the competition - I'm soo glad that Donny won - good for him, but he looks like he can't take much more of this 'anti-Donny' crap in the Big Brother house... poor Donny, when his tears just flow from his eyes... it's a game, everyone's supposed to be thinking that, but can you imagine what it would be like in the Big Brother house, when you're on the outside?  Is like a terrible cafeteria scene with a bunch of mean girls...

I'm really just waiting to see how and when the house will flip, and start sending the power players home... think that will happen?  Come on, Donny, make a Big Move! lol!  'Til next time!  Go have you lots of crazy fun!! Ailsa : )

Big Brother 16: Donny is SAFE, but Nicole, she had to go...but will she come back?? lol!

Big Brother 16: Donny is SAFE, but Nicole, she had to go...but will she come back?? lol!

So Donny and Nicole had to battle it out on the block, tonight, and Donny won, by a 6 - 0 vote from teh Big Brother house guests... wow, 6 & 0 - dat not good for Nicole, but it does mean the whole BB house is on the same page, and I really love Donny, and I totally want #TeamAmerica to stay intact, at least long enough to complete another mission.  I hope they get the mission to take a wee something from each house guest, and then create a little commotion...

Go, #TeamAmerica!  Make you some money!! lol!

Wow, were you surprised at how great Rachel Reilly looked when she was talking with Julie Chen?  Wow, Rachel looks great!  I was sooo hoping she would be pregnant when she came onstage, because when Rachel and Brandon were playing The Amazing Race, Rachel really, really wanted to have a baby..was hoping Rachel would've said how her marriage to Brandon was going, and how the baby-making plans are coming along, but, man, did she ever look great, so good for her : )

And Frankie was able to survive the week, even after the giant fiasco over this past week, so it must've really worked, coming out to the whole Big Brother house about his sister being Ariana Grande. Good for Frankie!  Was cute to see them at the Dallas Football training camp - looked like they had such a great time, and all the players were soo nice to them - was a great show, tonight!

Otay, 'til next time!  Go have some extra fun!! lol!  Ailsa : )

Big Brother 16: Donny vs. Nicole - who's gonna win??

Big Brother 16: Donny vs. Nicole - who's gonna win??

Oh, no, so my fave Donny is still on the block, and now Nicole is up on the block with him... that's gonna be pretty interesting to see which way the house goes, because #TeamAmerica still want to be together, so they can try to complete more missions, although #TeamAmerica weren't able to complete their mission, again, this week...maybe if the missions had a different feel? They're soo super-negative, and that goes against Donny's nature.... hmmm...

Oooh, I did loove when Donny called the houseguests a bunch of morons, by way of the giant angry penguin (Oved?) - hahaha!  Very funny, Donny!  Finally, he has a real moment in da Big Brother house - although, I think Donny is just a genuinely nice person, and doesn't ever say an unkind word toward anyone else - maybe that's what makes me like Donny so much, he seems very sweet and kind : )

So, we saw Frankie coming clean with the Big Brother house, telling them all that he is Ariana Grande's brother... and that he's playing for charity... I see they didn't show toooo much about how the whole house seems to feel about Frankie playing for charity, for children in Africa, which, of course, very important, but everyone else is fighting for their own lives, sooo, it's hard to say, okay, here you go, Frankie, here's all the Big Brother money, when every other house guest on Big Brother really needs that money... and I thought there was a good chance the house would've wanted Christine to put Frankie on the block, but she didn't... sooo, will be interesting to see how fame and fortune affect all the other people in the Big Brother house...

I'm not sure if Derrick is still as safe as he has seemed, so far... maybe stretching himself a little too thin, with the alliance with Victoria?  And now they're all upset, especially Zach, that maybe Frankie will just take it all away... no one wants to look like the bad guy, evicting the charity guy, right?  Tricky...smart move by Frankie, for sures...

Otay, need some tea! lol!  Maybe you would like a wee drop o' tea, too?  Go haz yoursel' a wee schneister!  See you next time!  Ailsa : )

Big Brother 16: Wow, Frankie Tells All...and how will the house react??

Big Brother 16: Wow, Frankie Tells All...and how will the house react??

Holy schmokes, Frankie has finally told the whole house who he really is, that Ariana Grande is Frankie's sister... and that Frankie is a Youtube celebrity, and a social media mogul.... AND, that Frankie is playing for a charity.... and Zach is having a VERY tough time with that fact, that Frankie doesn't need the money, and that is a huuuge deal in any game that involves winning a lot of money, enough money to change your whole life....sooo, will be very interesting to see how the whole Big Brother house reacts to Frankie's news - will they fawn all over Frankie, on the off-chance that Frankie will still love them when they all leave the Big Brother house, and really introduce Caleb to Justin Bieber, and be able to further Caleb's music career as a Country Singer?  and how about the women in the house? Victoria, for sures, will be very, very impressed that Frankie is Ariana Grande's brother... she will be imagining herself at all of Ariana Grande's concerts, that Victoria will become best friends with Ariana Grande... who wouldn't imagine fun things like that?

And I didn't even know that Christine's husband, Tim, is a musician, so for sures Christine will want to see if her friendship with Frankie in the Big Brother house will help her husband's career, too... that's natural to think something like that, right?  Man, this is gonna change everything in the house... will be fun to see how Frankie's fame will affect each of the Big Brother house guests...

Nice picture, eh?  Wow, that was painful to watch Caleb be such a jerk with Frankie during the competition - what the hell??  That seemed so excessibve, right?  And particularly mean...of course, that competition happened before Frankie told the whole house about who he really is, but, still, how could caleb be such a jerk to Frankie, and all for the sake of Amber?  Holy crap, Caleb, she doesn't like you... he just doesn't want to accept that - maybe no one has ever said no to Caleb, before, but what a baby, tonight - very bad boy! Maybe a spanking is in order...hahahaha!  Noooo, I'm'a jokin'! But that totally makes me laugh! lol!

So when Frankie had to do the whole competition all by himself, and then he WON, woohoo!!  Go, Frankie!  Get your game on!!  Made me soo happy!  Stooopi Caleb - bleah!

A happier, much earlier, picture of Christine and Nicole, when they still trusted each other... I hope they can come back to a place where they can work, together.... we'll see, right?  At least they both won HOH, but then Nicole lost her HOH status, when Frankie won the competition, so now all the power is in Christine's hands...

I like Zach, but he's losin' it in the Big Brother house - he's gotta listen to Derek, stay cool and calculated, not take everything so personally.... Derek seems to be sailing through Big Brother... hope he makes some money for at least one more #TeamAmerica mission, before one of the members of #TeamAmerica is evicted... it could be Frankie, since now people are really gonna be talking about who deserves to win the money, since money is a VERY big issue, and nobody takes money lightly, except people who don't need it...and a few other annoying people, but for the vast majority of people, money matters, and it's hard to say that someone playing for a charity 'needs' the money as much as, say, Derek, who is playing for his wife and 18 month old daughter, and you know that money will be soo appreciated in their lives.... ooooh, Big Brother, you bring it every time! lol!

'til next time!! Go haz yourself a lovely time!!  Ailsa : )

Rice Krispie Squares - in the Microwave - sooo easy and fast! #Cereal #EasyRecipes #WickedGoodCupcakes

Rice Krispie Squares - in the Microwave - sooo easy and fast!

Omg, how much do you love Rice Krispie Squares? I love them soo much, they're so simple, so fast and easy to make, and I feel like they must be a little bit healthy, right?? hahaha!  Whatevs, they're deeelish..but they do have some vitamins and whatnot in the Rice Krispies, and the marshmallows are Fat Free, soo, I say, make lots of Rice Krispie Squares, enjoy them yourself and maybe even with your family and friends - lol!

So here's the fastie-schmastie way to make your favorite Rice Krispie Squares, in one bowl - couldn't beee any easier! lol!

Ingredients:

Rice Krispies - I think about 6 cups... I pour them in about 2 cups at a time, sooo, whatever will fit!

1 bag of mini-marshmallows...or any marshmallows! The mini-marshmallows are so cute, and good for little snacks : >

2 Teaspoons of Vanilla  (I pour it in, sooo, you can, too, if you like - lol!)

1/3 cup butter, cut in 2 bits...or margarine, I'm sure... I am a butter girl, but I use margarine on the pan : )

See how the butter is in the bottom of the big glass bowl? Then your marshmallows go right on top of that...pop right in the microwave for 2 minutes.

While the marshmallows are in the microwave, open the vanilla, get that ready to pour...

You'll love what the marshmallows do in the microwave - they'll triple in size, all puffed up : )  Is all very exciting, so if you have kids in the house, have them come and watch - it's a very cool process, plus, kids love to help in the kitchen - maybe they can stir in the Rice Krispies : )

Take the bowl out the microwave with your oven mitts on, for safey, and you'll notice the marshmallows fall right away - no worries, you're going to quickly pour in the vanilla, then stir with a wooden spoon. I would imagine you could use any spoon, but I have my favorite wooden spoon for baking - and you prolly will, too - lol!

This is also one of the main ingredients in my absolutely crazy-delicious cheesecake...is a great ingredient!

Pour your Rice Krispies right into the melted marshmallows... you've gotta get everything ready to go for this lovely wee treat, because it's soo fast to make them, so just go ahead and pour the Rice Krispies in and start stirring right away.  I usually pour in about 6 cups of Rice Krispies, but I'm pretty sure you could pour maybe another 2 cups of Rice Krispies in... is just a matter of making sure the marshmallow gets on all the Rice Krispies, so they'll stick together, no bother : )

Pull down any stray Rice Krispies from the side of the bowl, and gently mix it all together, especially toward the end...

Here's a little trick to help you press the Rice Krispies down in the pan... I'm sure you'll have given your hands a good clean before you started, right, so just run your hands under cold water, give them a good shake, so they're lightly 'watered', if you will (lol!), then quickly press down the Rice Krispies with your whole hands.  Alternatively, you could use the same plastic wrap that you used to 'butter' the pan at the beginning... if you use a big square of plastic wrap, and put the margarine of butter on with that... I just use my hands... : )

Pop the pan in the fridge, let them cool, then cut and put out on a nice plate - yum!!  Enjoy!!

Well, that seems a little hard to read, but suffice it to say that there are lots of health benefits to eating Rice Krispies, so this is the sort of treat you can feel good about : )

And here's the deal with the mini-marshmallows - they make a great little treat all on their own, and they'll make your Rice Krispie Squares all lovely and yummy!

Once you've made these once (how to use 'once' two or three times in one sentence - hahaha!), you'll get the hang of it so quickly, they'll become your new go-to treat - your waist and your kids will love them (and you!! lol!).

Happy Snacking!! Ailsa : )
