BBQ Meatballs - Yum!
Barbequed Meatballs
I'm just about to make these for Dinner, tonight, so I thought I'd share this incredibly easy and delicious Recipe!
Frozen Meatballs
BBQ Sauce
That's it -- no kidding! You can find Frozen Meatballs in the Freezer Section of your regular grocery shop
We are partial to the Kraft Original BBQ Sauce, but just use whatever kind you like.
Now I just pop the Frozen Meatballs, covered in BBQ Sauce, right into the microwave, for 10 minutes - less time for fewer meatballs, but my son likes them in a sandwich, the next day, so you might like that, too - lol! : )
STEP 1: I have an Electric Wok that is perfect for this meal, but you can use any Electric Pan, Pot or even pop it into the oven -- whatever you have! (Cover the Meatballs with Sauce, Cover and Bake for 45 minutes @ 350 Degrees F.)
STEP 2: Put the Meatballs in the Pan and Brown Lightly. If I've left the Dinner to the Last Minute (that would be the vast majority of the time! ha,ha!), I just pop the Meatballs in the Microwave for a few minutes to thaw them out.
STEP 3: Pour the BBQ Sauce mixed with a little water (just enough to thin the Sauce) on top of the Meatballs.
STEP 4: Leave this to Simmer for about 30 Minutes, or whenever you're ready to Eat!
I usually Serve this with Rice and a Nice Little Salad. Makes a Light and Tasty Meal!
YUM!!
You can use Chicken Breasts in the BBQ Sauce, too -- very tasty! (Not together, of course -- but for some other meal...)

And, Deconstructed Hamburgers or cheeseburgers - so easy, so good!
Oh, you know what I forgot all about? Last year, I started making Deconstructed Hamburgers - so good! Tastes just like a #Hamburger 🍔or #Cheeseburger, but without the bun - super easy - Cooking with #meatballs Ah'yum! add sliced pickles, ketchup & mustard : )
Yum! These are shockingly delicious - you really won't miss the buns, hon' (hun, for short? lol!)
I love serving the
Deconstructed Hamburgers, or,
Deconstructed Cheeseburgers, with a little toothpick - would be great for parties, too - especially if you happen to come across those really fancy little toothpicks, with the frill on top - haha!
And if you are actually planning ahead (
say whaat? lol!), or, already have some or lettuce in the house, add in whatever else you love to have on your hamburgers - mushrooms are deelish, too! Yum!
Add in whatever else you love to have with your Hamburgers - just pop them all in the oven, and even easier on Parchment Paper - makes everything perfect, when you bake it in the oven! Enjoy!
