Unceded Land, Ceded Land - It's critical to understand what is happening in Canada, America, Australia, and around the World, Feels like a UN WEF Land Takeover, in the sneakiest way #yikes! #HomeOwnership #UN #UNDRIP

This is the Inner Harbour, in Victoria, BC, Canada, and I'm pretty sure this land has already been handed over - this waterfront land is worth millions of dollars... and so it begins...

This is something that has just recently been brought to my attention - I've been taking note of this very Slippery Slope, since the Victoria, BC, Canada (where I live, right now), Mayor of Victoria, and City Council, said, Oh, you can voluntarily pay an extra 10% of your Property Taxes, to be given to the local Territory - on the surface, this might sound nice, very kind, but when you dig deeper, there's a much more sinister side, and we need to protect our First Nations People, from this possible Land Grab, as well as all Canadians - the mere idea that they can just come in, undiscussed and mostly hidden from the people, and sweep your land rights out from under you, that is horrifying, so, do your own research, tell everyone you know, so they can do their own research, too...

Good Luck to us all - all we want is a normal, happy, regular life, you should never have to fear that your own land could be so easily taken from you, with zero recourse...

While you can still see the 'old rules' and definitions, because they have already changed the information to say that Canada and America are entirely on #IndigenousLand, meaning, the Native Indian peoples will regain ownership, title, over all land - ignoring all old Treaties, and then it's a slippery slope to the UN, United Nations #UN swoops in and takes it - horrifying that the #WEF have already started setting up offices within the Tribes - #UncededLand

My hope is that people see this, learn as much as you can, about this land takeover, and take action - people DO own their own land, that they paid for, often land in the family for CENTURIES - there is virtually no blowback to this WEF plan, because it has #VirtueSignaling all over it #WEFLandTakeover

@elonmusk, we have to let people know what is coming down the pike @joerogan @MaximeBernier

This info is all on Google, Google it, while you still can...

Can natives (#IndigenousPeople) claim Crown land in Canada?
Title claims: An Indigenous community may claim that lands traditionally used and occupied by its members were never surrendered by them to the Crown under a treaty. These claims are uncommon in Ontario because the province is covered by historical treaties.

Now:
Why do we address our land as unceded territory?

We kept the word “unceded” since there are no agreements or treaties that have transferred title from any Indigenous Nation to Settler ownership or control; the land was occupied without permission.

Is Nova Scotia unceded?

Under the Constitution of Canada, the Mi'kmaq have legal rights that survived the acquisition of sovereignty by the Crown. All of Nova Scotia remains the “unceded” territory of the Mi'kmaw, no matter what Mr. Deveau might say. Jun 27, 2022

Who was in Canada before the natives?

The coasts and islands of Arctic Canada were first occupied about 4,000 years ago by groups known as Palaeoeskimos. Their technology and way of life differed considerably from those of known American Indigenous groups and more closely resembled those of eastern Siberian peoples.

Who took over the First Nations land?

Their lands were unilaterally ceded to the Americans by the 1783 Treaty of Versailles. May 2, 2017

What natives get the most money?
Today, the Shakopee Mdewakanton are believed to be the richest tribe in American history as measured by individual personal wealth: Each adult, according to court records and confirmed by one tribal member, receives a monthly payment of around $84,000, or $1.08 million a year. Aug 9, 2012
