Just in case you're not Canadian, and maybe haven't heard this fabulous song - haha!
Wow, I just had ANOTHER Dream where I had won a big Gift Bag, of sorts, like a duffel bag, and I was so excited to see all the fun gifts in it, and somehow Anthony Anderson was in my dream, and he had given me the prize - with 2 other people... anyway, someone else beside me was going through the bag, impatient with me looking at all the other stuff so closely, and they shook the bag out, and a giant stack of money fell out, and they picked it up and handed it to me - it was a big stack of very crisp $1,000 Bills, American Money (my favorite kind o' money - lol!), and so, of course, I thumbed through it, you know how you let a wad of bills flip through your hands, although, you might have a stack of much smaller bills - and a way smaller stack ~
Anyhooo... this was a huge stack of cash, and I thought it was $100,000, and was trying to figure out how much I should give to the person who had just 'found it', by dumping my gift bag out on the ground... so that part was tricky.... maybe, what other people think they should get of someone else's newfound fortune? Maaay-be! lol!
So then I woke up, I think, and thought, no, that amount of $1,000 bills in a tight stack like that, all really crisp bills, that must be $1 MILLION Dollars - anyway, who says Day Dreaming isn't all fun and games - hahaha!
If you can see it, you can be it - remember that line, I think it's true - man, I would looove to hold a stack of crisp new $1,000 bills in mah' hands - then straight to the bank!
But first, I would break off some o' those notes for the people I love! See who I could help, and the rest would be for investing in my business ideas, buying a property, or building a house - wow, you can sure do a whole lot with a million dollars - now I juuust gotta figure out, how do me gets mah' hands on a million dollar bills : ) lol! And you, too, baby-cakes!! We'll all be rich, together!! Yahoo!! : )

I am obsessed with making these beautiful little 'Crystal Trees' - I love them, and that's what Canadian Money looks like - it's all very colourful! Very pretty, like mah' girl! lol! Oh, and, frankly, if you have some American Cash just sitting around, and you looove to make a lot of money, buy some Canadian Money - just go to the bank, they'll tell you how, and just sit and wait until our Canadian Dollar goes back up, which it will - we're at an 11 year low, and last year, no joke, we were well over a dollar. Our Canadian Dollar is compared to the American Dollar, sooo, right now, we're at $73.60, for every full $1.00 US - wow. You would make over 25% on your money, and you can't make that anywhere else, just for waiting.... that's crazy. And it's a great way to make a lot o' da monies, fo' sho'! |
Okay, so I had to quickly write this down so I wouldn't forget it, because I was'a laying in my bed, having a fun afternoon nap after going for a swim at the pool (a good place for a swim - lol!), and I was trying to figure out what would I do to grow the windfall of money I was getting in my dream..... sooo, I have to go back through this, make it neater, and more 'reader-friendly', if you will (you da reader! hahahaah! I wants to make it all nice and fancy fo' you!!)
I don't know why the font is like this, except I emailed it to myself - how hilarious is that? I used to jot my ideas down on paper, but now I'm faster to type... how crazy is that?? Anyway, hope this 'type' doesn't get in the way o' mah' thinking, here... lol!)

Otay, so here's my Big Dream....
And, ironically, it's not far from my actual plans, as soon as I have the funds in real life, to go ahead and buy some land, start building a new house for us - and when I say 'us', I mean, for me and my wonderful son, Aidan, who is 15, and when I mention my amazing daughter, I mean Cara, who is 27 - and me, me be 52, right now - lol! (Just in case you're new-to-me, and just popped in here!)

So, here's the Dream...
I am doing something online, like it's part of a university enrollment thing, then I go to this little machine that issues the checks, and I think I'm getting a loan for2ioo, but the checks start coming out really fast, and they're for 21,000, instead, and the roll keeps coming soo fast, I have to let them wind around my fingers, in a spool, like a big roll of ductape... so a whole spool of checks, each one for 21000 dollars, comes out, and I don't know if they're one per month, for the duration of the roll, or if there ae 3 for right now,
so then I have to figure out, how can I make money from this money, before I have to pay it back?
Imediately put it in the bank, at the Canadian rate, because the dollar is so low, right now,
open two new accounts, one for the base amount of the checks, one for the difference . the one with the difference between American and Canadian is mine to keep, and the American account is to be held until it's time to pay it back.
Now, let's say I take the amount in Account A, the American account, and it doesn't have to be paid back for 4 years, because somehow it's tied to the University, so they assume I'll be there for 4 years... so, I immediately go out and buy a Building Lot, put in for the permits to build the house I built before. I can make changes, but only if I can find a contractor who will do exactly what I want done, without a lot of hassle...
See how pretty? But I don't think I need to have a basement, out here on the island - we're in Victoria, BC, and it's very mild, here, so we don't have to follow all the same rules that exist in Canada, or any cold climate... if you are in a climate zone where you can skip the basement, and have a slab concrete foundation, baby, you're laughin', because you are a'gonna save soo much money, in the build...
I want to skip the 'basement'/lower level, and instead, put the West Wing up and over the garage, which I want to put at an angle, depending on the view, and the lay of the land.
I will buy a water view property... and mountain view, if at all possible.
So, by now, I've counted all the checks, and from the 'roll of checks, there were 100 checks, each one for 21,000, so, 2,100,000 - wow, that's a lot of moula, right? Is that math right?? Holy schmoly, that's a lot o' money! I just moved the 00's - lol! Maybe it's all about movin' the zeros?? hahahaha! Get that decimal over a few notches?? hahaha! Dat make'a me laugh! lol!
So now I'm using all the money to build the house, and it has become abundantly clear that I can easily afford to build another house, so I start to build another house for my daughter, then another one for my son, who is too young to live on his own, right now, but if we sell the first one, before the money needs to be paid back, we can just move into the third house...
Nooo, me joke...dat not the Front Entry...that's in Washington, DC - lol! But you can build a very nice house, like a giant 2 storey house (story, in the States - I think they drop the extra 'e' - lol!), then add on some nice pillars to the front, and, whammo, now it's fancy, and the value will go way up... li'l tric for you, there - make sure you have this drawn in, in advance - lol!

Then the mortgage could be paid off the money made between the spread of the dollar currency spread, I would pay back all the original money, and we would all have a lovely home to live in, and then we can each sell those houses, in a few years, and start all over again, using the spread between the cost to build the house and the amount made when we sell it - easily $500,000 per house, since we'll be building in a really nice area....

The key is to be ready and willing, openly ready and willing, to live in a property for a few years, be comfortable and happy, then sell it at a very good profit, if you can. If you happen to be in a down market, just enjoy your home even longer - sit back, relax, enjoy your beautiful home, until the market does go back up, and you know for sure you'll make a serious profit - I would say, make sure you'll make a profit of at least a $100,000, but if you are ever in a situation where you need to sell your property, for Goodness Sake, sell it, do what you need to in order to stay afloat... life is constantly changing, sooo, you'll want to make the best choices there are, for you, right? I'm on your side, baby!! lol!

Is that why so many Lottery Winners lose their money so quickly - do they burn right through it, or feel sooo much guilt from all the people around them, who seem to come out of the woodwork, demanding - and, even worse - EXPECTING - to get some of their money - I'm sure that happens a lot, and I think there is probably a lot of stress in winning the lottery, for Lottery Winners, to deal with all these crazy people... tell them it's important to you to buy your own island, and fo' sures you'll have them over when you're done building your new village - bah'hahahahahaha! Oh, I'm lovely! Me gots lots o' great ideas, like dat! hahaha! Me keeps you safe from the wolves - even the wolves in sheep's clothing - they're the worst, fo' sures!

I like the no Pre-Payment penalties - look for that phrase any time you borrow any money - on your personal loans, car loans, mortgage loans, home repair loans - anything, since you want to pay those loans back as quickly as possible, making the largest payments you can afford... that's the key, for sures.
