| A Drooling Boar -- hey, didn't I used to go out with this guy?? hahaha!
This hilarious Drooling Boar is at Butchart Gardens, and, of course, I make the same joke every time I see it - breaks me up every single time! lol! But, today, we saw a lot of people rubbing the Boar's nose, so it must be a lucky thing - have got to find out! I rubbed the boar's nose, too - I could use all the luck I can get, right now, fer sures! lol!
I was just looking up the 'lucky boar' thing, and it looks like this is a famous sculpture, since there are identical boar sculptures at varying places around the world, most famously in Florence, and they say that if you rub the boar's nose, and possible put a coin in it's mouth, you'll be lucky and be able to go back to Florence, so if you rub the boar's nose at Butchart Gardens, just outside of Victoria, BC, Canada, does that mean you'll be lucky and come back to Victoria, BC?? lol! It does feel lucky to be in Victoria., BC!!
Go ahead and give this boar's nose a wee rub, see if something lucky happens for you - is worth a shot, right?? lol!
