THE Best Chocolate Chip Cookies! So Easy To Make, Too! #Cookies #EasyRecipes #NoFailCookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies! Yay!! (Makes 36 large cookies!)πŸͺπŸͺπŸͺ


This is THE BEST Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe, you will looove this recipe! 
And the Chocolate Chip Cookies! lol!)
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
Melt: 

1 Cup Margarine or Butter (Two 4 oz. squares)(melted : )
Add:

3 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Optional:
Macadamia Nuts and White Chocolate Chips are ah'mazing in this recipe, too - ah'yum!

Drop in large spoonfuls of cookie dough, 12 per cookie pan, on Parchment Paper, if you have it : )

Bake on Parchment Paper for 15 - 18 minutes, but keep an eye on them after 12 minutes, just to make sure they're always okay! 

Parchment Paper will make all your baking a million times better - easy clean up, and no burning - is amazing!

Here's what's really cool about this Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe - the dough will be shiny, not like any of your other cookie dough you've made, before - is so cool!

Baking Tip: Melt your margarine or butter, then add the Brown Sugar (it will melt!), the 3 caps or teaspoons of Vanilla, then the 2 Eggs, will mix into the Cookie Dough so much faster and easier!

Kitchen Tip: Use a knife or fork for mixing - is life-changing - lol!  


I like to keep the Chocolate Chip Cookies in the fridge, and I have a basket from last ChristmasπŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸ€Ά (sounds like a song - haha!) that I can just slide the whole piece of Parchment Paper with the cookies right on it, into the basket😍😘😘😘

See if your Cookie Sheets might fit in the fridge, too, or just put your delicious cookies on plates! Will be delicious, any way you serve them!

Make Your Own Peanut Butter Cups - Squares - Especially if you didn't get enough Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, for Halloween or over the Holidays - lol! #SoGood! #EasyRecipe #Yum!

Peanut Butter Cups - Squares! Yay!!

Make Your Own Peanut Butter Squares - Especially if you didn't get enough Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, for Halloween - or over the Holidays - lol! #SoGood! #EasyRecipes #Yum! #RecipeOfTheDay!

All Sorts of Ah'mazing Deals for You!
(A girls' gotta make a living - lol! I get a wee something from anything you order through me, so, Thank You soo muches!! You da bestiest!! : )


Makes 70 good size pieces - ah'yummers! Yippee! (Hint - you can even share them with the kids - haha!)


Ingredients:

1 cup of Peanut Butter

1/2 cup butter OR margarine (1 brick = 1/2 cup : ), melt for 1 minute (1:00 minute) in the microwave

1 tsp of Vanilla

1 1/2 - 2 cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs (Or whatever you've got left if you just made a Cheesecake!)

1 cup Icing Sugar

(Optional - 1/3 cup Sugar, for texture, add it at the very end : )

Chocolate Chips for the topping : ) 

(Just toss the Chocolate Chips on the cooked cookie base, pop back in the oven for 2 minutes, that will melt the Chocolate Chips, spread with a knife - pop in the fridge to cool and harden, then cut into squares!)



Put the block of Margarine, or the butter, whichever you prefer (next time I'll make it with the butter, see if you can tell any difference), but pop the 1/2 cup of margarine in the microwave, in a large microwave-safe bowl, for 1:00 minute -

Here's the amazing thing - you won't even need to heat up the peanut butter, it'll melt right into the melted butter or margarine - and add in 1 tsp of Vanilla - I just use a capful of Vanilla : )

Give that a good stir, then add in the Graham Cracker crumbs and the Icing Sugar - you can add the extra regular sugar, if you want to try that, too...

The Peanut Butter will melt right into the melted Margarine or Butter (I can't tell the difference, when you're baking, so, whichever one you have in the fridge! lol!)


Omg, this comes together so quickly, you'll be shocked how easy these are to make, and then how delicious they are to eat - Yum!!

Press it out on Parchment Paper - that's the easiest thing - if you're not already in the habit of using Parchment Paper, it's easy to find, should be about $2 something at your favorite store : )

And Parchment Paper will forever be a game-changer for all your baking - makes everything so lovely, nice and crispy, for frozen foods, like Butterfly Shrimp, and is amazing for all your baking needs - so-to-speak - lol! (Now it's a commercial? Haha!)


Pop that in the oven at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes - it'll rise, but don't worry about that - it'll settle back down when it's in the fridge - Settle Down, People (the most annoying thing to hear from your teachers - lol!)   ; )

Take it out the oven, sprinkle on some Chocolate Chips - Yay!!


Well, by now you prolly haz guessed me a'yuvs da chocolate! Haha! Yum! 

So just sprinkle on some Chocolate Chips, however many you want, and pop that back in the oven, for about 1 or 2 minutes - the chocolate chips will melt very quickly...


Then you are just gonna take a knife, and gently join all the Chocolate Chips together (together again, naturally...) - the chocolate will be really smooth, and super easy to spread : )

Let the chocolate set in the fridge, then go ahead and cut them into any size you like! : )


I slide the Parchment Paper right off the pan, so it's super easy to cut into squares, and I make fairly large squares, for these lovely Peanut Butter Squares - they're sooo good!

After I cute the Peanut Butter Cups (Squares), I slide the Parchment Paper back onto the tray, pop the whole thing in the fridge - so delicious, and so crazy-easy to make! : )


And there you go!

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Spread Squares - so insanely delicious! 

I make them with Reese's Peanut Butter Spread, too, when I can find it, and top it with Mini-Marshmallows - the rest of that recipe is over on my favorite Marry Me Cheesecake Page - try that, too - omg, you're gonna love it all! lol!

Here we go! Today I made the Coconut Macaroons with Chocolate Chips, but instead of making individual cookies, which we love, I thought it would save some time to just pour all the 'batter' right onto the Parchment Paper, bake it all at the same time, like Squares - Ah'Yum! They're amazing, and so crazy easy to make : )

I used 2 egg whites, 2 caps of Vanilla, I poured in a whole bag of Coconut, plus a little bit more of the larger flaked coconut, from another bag I used, the laast time I made the Coconut Macaroons, when I had used the Condensed Milk - I forgot all about adding in the sugar, and it seems like, with the Chocolate Chips, the extra sugar isn't even necessary - they're so delicious, all on their ownio! So cute, and so delicious!

And then I never like to waste anything, so I made cheesey scrambled eggs with the leftover egg yolks - deeelish!


Oh My Goodness, these are soo cute! And delicious! 

Ghostie Coconut Macaroons 
They kinda look like little puppy faces, too - lol!

Halloween Trick or Treats - Mostly Treats! lol! Ghosties for Your Little Goblins! 



There are 2 super easy ways to make these delicious and delightful little Coconut Macaroons - so cute, perfect every time! Yippee! 

Will take you only a few minutes to make them, plus baking time - and, use Parchment Paper, is ah'mazing, nothing sticks to it - is like magic! : )

Coconut Macaroons

Recipe 1: 

1 egg white, whipped with a fork (What did it do to you? lol!) (Save the yolk for later, make some Scrambled Eggs - Yum!)

2 Cups of Coconut

1 tsp Vanilla (I use the cap for the measurement - is easier and faster : )

A little less than a tbsp of Sugar - that one is optional...

Okay, that's everything for the first recipe... 

And now for the variation... if you happen to have a can of Condensed Milk in the house...



Recipe 2:

1 egg white, whipped with a fork 

5 Cups of Coconut

1 tsp Vanilla 

1 can of Condensed Milk (no need for any extra sugar, this will be sweet, enough : )

THEN, Chocolate Chips to make the little faces - 3 chocolate chips per cookie - soo cute! 



Are you shocked at how few ingredients? I know, right? And Macaroons are soo expensive, in the stores - and now you know how to make them, too, and they're super-crazy easy to make - yahoo! 

Hello, more Trick or Treats! 

These are particularly great for holidays, but are fun, any time of year, and the kids love them, too! 

Directions: 

The easiest way to separate the White of the Egg from the Yolk is to crack open the egg against the side of the bowl, pour out the whites of the egg, pop the egg yolk into the other side, the shell will do all the work for you : ) 

Then save that egg yolk for when you're done baking, then add a little milk or water, whisk with a fork, pop in the microwave for 1:20 (or, a little over a minute, depending on your microwave, and how cooked you like your eggs!), covered, then use 2 knives to cut it quickly into Scrambled Eggs - is so good! Ah'Yum! 


So, Whisk 1 Egg White with a fork

Add in the Vanilla and Sugar, for the super easy Recipe 1

For Recipe 2, this is the time to add in your can of Condensed Milk


Remember, the Condensed Milk is just an option, and it uses waaay more coconut, so, see how much coconut you have on hand, first, and how sweet you want your Coconut Macaroons - I love them both ways, but, I think I like the first recipe the best - uses fewer ingredients, is a little healthier for you, too - but, you do you, boo! Try them both, see what you and your family like the best, or, go back and forth, depending on what you have in the cupboard - lol!


Now that you've made your Egg White nice and Frothy (the Snowman? haha!), add in less than a tablespoon of sugar, and only for Recipe 1, the one without the Condensed Milk : )


Mix that all together, now - like a choir of deliciousness! Haha!


OR, for Recipe 1...

Now Add your Coconut: (Put the lime in the coconut, and mix it all up... nooo, just the song, don't add any lime - lol!)

Recipe 1 - looks pretty different from Recipe 2, at this stage, but will taste virtually the same - for real! 



You oven should be on at 350 - I like 350, you can go lower, if you like, 325... 350 is just easy...

Make little forkfuls, or spoonfuls, however you like to do it, and put them on the Parchment Paper

See, they look slightly different, but, they will all taste great, no worries : )
Take one tray out as another tray goes in : )
Make little faces one one tray, at least - these ones go first - mostly because they're sooo cute! 

Just 3 little Chocolate Chips - so cute! And they look so pretty, in the fridge - lol!





The main difference between Recipe 1 and Recipe 2 is how many it makes - just double Recipe 1 if you want lots of Coconut Macaroons - Easy Schmeasy! 


Bake until they're Golden Brown - just keep an eye on them - about 15 minutes, I think - I lost track of the time - lol!

Puff Pastry - Sweet and Savoury

Yum, I just took these out the oven - I had some Toffee Apple Filling I had made, the other day, for Apple Roses, made with Puff Pastry, so I didn't want to waste the Toffee Apple Filling, so I swung by the grocery store, picked up another package of the already rolled-out Puff Pastry - is fantastic - go get you some, give it a wee try! lol!

Quick Break for a New-To-Me Treat! Even Easier! lol! 

First, I made the 
Cherry Tart, the Blueberry Tart, then the Raspberry and Berries Fruit Tart... so insanely easy, incredibly delicious!










So, take your sheet of Puff Pastry - no need to roll it out, any more, it's all done for you, so pick it up in your hands (flip over the parchment paper it comes on, then stretch it gently with your hands to fit a smaller baking tray, and fresh Parchment Paper : )

For the Fruit Mix: Any Frozen Fruit (or, Fresh Fruit), mix !/4 to a 1/2 a cup of Corn Starch, that's the thickening agent, will create a little syrup for you, that will set, later : ) Yay!

Mix 1/2 cup Corn Starch with 3/4 cup sugar, mix well. 

You won't use it all, sprinkle some into the fruit and stir, add more if your fruit makes a lot of juice when it's cooked... and sprinkle some on the pastry before you put the fruit on it, if it's a very juicy fruit (now I need some Juicy Fruit Gum, and some cute leggings - hahahaha! ; )

Bake at 350 for about an hour... have a wee look, every now and then, then just turn the oven off, let it cool in the oven. 

Pop in the fridge, let it set, completely, or go ahead and eat it right away - your call! lol! 

AND, I sprinkled a little Icing Sugar on top of it, was super pretty, is a very light sugary topping : )

It's fun to do the Icing Sugar - just put your hand under the fine sieve, pour in some Icing Sugar, tap the side of the sieve while you make the icing sugar 'snow' on your pastries - so pretty, everybody loves it! : )


Isn't that gorgeous? Who needs all that extra pie crust, and this Fruit Tart is fast and easy : )


And then, today, the day after our Easter Dinner, I happened to have some leftover Cranberries, and I love to mix the cranberries with raisins 

Cranberries + Raisins = Cherry

Isn't that amazing? Way cheaper, if you get your cranberries on sale, and Waste Not Want Not, right? 


So today I mixed the leftover cranberries with the raisins, about half the bag, just play that one by ear...

And then I thought I would throw in some chopped Walnuts, that cuts the sugary taste down, is always nice to add Walnuts : ) That's nuts, man! haha!

I let that sit in a bowl for the afternoon, so the raisins could plump up, but they'll plump up when you're baking them, one way or another, just so you knows - lol! 


I didn't do an egg wash on the Puff Pastry, for this Fruit Tart, since it would be so sweet, and because I had decided that chocolate is delicious with cranberries and raisins, and, by default, with cherries, so, I spread the fruit mixture right on the plain Puff Pastry, sprinkled on the Chocolate Chips, baked at 350 for about an hour, yum! 


I love the way it looks, right now, but I might pop it back in the oven, tomorrow, let the chocolate chips melt, again - take a knife and gently spread the chocolate chips over the whole pastry, it'll look like a glossy chocolate icing - yum! The easiest glaze, ever!

Really, with Puff Pastry, you canny go wrong, will always be delicious! Add any fruit, or have savory, with meat or fish... yum! Is a lovely addition to lots of meals - a nice little treat! : )

Yum! Just add your apples cut up, into the sugary mix, they'll cook down, will be deeeelicious!

And now for the rest of the Fruit Tart pics : )












Stir in a little of the 
Corn Starch and Sugar mix - about 1/2 cup of Corn Starch and 3/4 cup of Sugar
keep in the fridge, you can pour it on or spoon it on, so you can decide how much you want to use - 

And you can use that same mix to make a syrup out of any juice from canned fruit - just make it in a hot pan, stir in a little of the juice with the powder mix, so it's not lumpy, let it boil until it's glossy - you'll love it! Is way cheaper than the canned Pie Filling, but I love that, too, especially for Cherry Pie Filling - you can combine them, so, all the more cherries! Yum! 





We had our Fruit Tart on it's own, and with some Whipped Cream or Cool Whip - is all good, all the time - yum!!
