Micellar Water, Micellar Solution - this is my favorite, favorite new thing, these days - Micellar Water is changing our skin, completely - I'm using it, a few times a day (because I REALLY want it to work - haha! And my son, who is 18, is using it, I'm hoping every day - lol - but, Aidan's skin looks great, too, so now I have full confirmation that the Micellar Water or Micellar Solution works on any skin - and ours has no scent, it looks and feels like water, but it is beyond remarkable in what it will do for your skin!

Omg, I really do wish I had figured this out, years ago - I wonder how it could've changed my life?
You know, difficult skin is hard to live with - that's just a fact.... just the idea of waking up to lovely clear skin, every day - wow, wouldn't that be a miracle?
Well, I really want you to try this - I haven't perfected it, yet, but, let's give it a try, right now, and then I'll add in new information as I adapt this routine, to make it even more effective : )
Here's What You Need:
A Facecloth
Water
See how cheap? lol! Everyone has a facecloth, go ahead and try this, tonight, before you go to bed, and every morning - is well worth it, if you want to have really nice, clear skin - and please share this with anyone you think could benefit from this info - anyone dealing with difficult skin will really appreciate being able to heal their skin - it'll make a huge difference in their lives. : )
1. You're going to Rinse Your Facecloth under the tap water, wring it out, roll it up, and pop it in the freezer. (Or, put it in the freezer, flat, depending on how much room you have in your freezer - lol!)
2. Take your Frozen Facecloth out the freezer and let it thaw a little bit, so, that's a good time to go and wash your face with anything with Salicylic acid in it.
(Remember that Aspirin IS Salicylic acid, so you can dissolve and Aspirin into your regular soap, or use a medicated cleaning pad - whatever you happen to have in the house is fine, to get started - or just wash your face, you can pick up the Salicylic acid cleanser, later...)
Wash your face your normal way, until you can find something with Salicylic acid in it - it's the Frozen Facecloth that will make the biggest difference)
Okay, here's the new thing I just tried, tonight, and I loove it!
So, up until now, we've just used the little OXY Pads right out of the container, but this morning I put the cleansing pads in the freezer, just to see how that would work... and then, tonight, I used that, first, and the little OXY Pad was lightly frozen, felt very nice on my face, so I think you'll love it!
Now I just took 2 more of the OXY pads, ran them under the tap, so they're just a little wet, you want to make sure the medication, primarily the Salicylic acid, which is very good for your skin...
And then I took a little ice cube, ran that over my face - it melted so quickly, was a little funny...but the whole goal is to cool down your skin, so the medicine will be able to work better...
And see that little bottle of Glycerin? I just put that in the fridge, too - remember to put your Benzoyl Peroxide in the fridge, too - they're more effective when they're cold - and mixed with a little bit of water, right in your palm : )
Anyway, After I did the little frozen OXY pad, then I put a little Glycerin on the same little pad, covered my face, then the little ice cube, ran that over my face, then I put on the Benzoyl Peroxide (BP), and THEN I put the still sort of frozen facecloth over my face, relaxed for 10 minutes (I listen to Dr. Oz while I'm doing this lovely little facial, at night, and I jump back into bed, for the 10 minute Facial, in the morning... is soo relaxing!
Okay, I'll let you know what happens with the Glycerin - AND, I got that little bottle of Glycerin, 100% Glycerin, for $2.99, at the Wholesale Club, so, keep in mind how incredibly inexpensive it is.
And, now that I've used the Glycerin, 100%, for about 2 weeks, maybe? Anyway, Glycerin is a miracle in a bottle, for sure - put it on everything, it'll heal it all - lumps, bumps, it seems to even out your skin tone (?? That's Amazing, right?), seems to dissolve skin tags...
And Glycerin softens your skin, so, add a little bit of Glycerin in your hand, then a pump of your favorite hand cream, do your hands and feet, neck, decolletage (chest!), elbows, knees...did I miss any bits? lol! Just cover yourself, see how you feel and look! You'll look and feel fantastic!
Talk about healing your skin and turning back the clock, and Glycerin is about the cheapest product out there - yahoo! I love discovering something new-to-me, that might be new-to-you, too! : )
Run an Ice Cube, or a nice piece of Ice, over your whole face, THEN put a little BP, Benzoyl Peroxide, in your hand, and apply to your whole face, then cover with your Frozen Facecloth - let it thaw out a bit, though, you want it to be effective, but comfortable, right? : )
I'm excited to let you know how it all works, but I'm really hoping you'll go ahead and try this, too - it's so easy, do whatever parts you can do, until you get around to picking up something with Salicylic acid (remember you can dissolve an Aspirin), but the OXY Pads have a little bit of Salicylic acid in them, see if you can find a bottle of the Glycerin, or something with Glycerin in it... and then anything with Benzoyl Peroxide in it, like Clearasil, Target has a fantastic cream, Target's Up and Up Brand, maximum strength acne medication - I looove that - and it's a great price, too - your skin is gonna be sooo great!
3. Cover your face with the Frozen Facecloth for 10 Minutes.
Once when you get up, and once before you go to bed : )
(It's nice to lay down with the frozen facecloth over your face, but you can sit somewhere comfy, maybe listen to some music or the TV... you'll be surprised how quickly the 10 minutes will fly by... I like to do a little Wish List, while I'm wiling the 10 minutes away... where you think of the Top 5 Things you Wish for - is a good way to prioritize what you would really like to happen for you, today, or in the long run... : )
4. With your hands still cold, put a little drop of any cream with BP (Benzoyl Peroxide) in the center of your palm - Add a little Cold Water to the center of your palm, and mix it together, so it's now a little puddle - and dab that over your skin, especially where there are any breakouts, or anything in particular on your skin you want to heal.
AND, here's another thing you can do - run an ice cube over your face - or any skin you want to heal - but let's just say you're working on your face, first - I use a little piece of ice, run it all over your face - I think you are gonna like how this feels sooo much - is shocking how quickly the ice melts - who knew we had hot faces? Not me! lol!
Anyway, run the ice cube over your face, just hold the ice right in your hand - watch your clothes don't get wet - lol! And then put a little of whatever Benzoyl Peroxide Face Cream you like, put a little on your fingers, rub all over your face - when your face is still wet.. it's so cool! I would never have thought of doing that, before - that's brilliant!
And then put the Frozen Facecloth over your face, for 10 minutes. We take the facecloths out the freezer about 10 minutes before we remember we've taken them out the freezer, then we do our little Skin Routine, then lay back, relax for 10 minutes with the 'forzen' facecloth over your face - you're gonna love it - is very refreshing, and then you are gonna be amazed at how great your skin looks - clear, glowing skin! Yahoo! Yippee!! : )
We had some Clearasil in the bathroom, but now we're keeping it in the fridge, since it's more effective when it's cold - who knew??
Beauty Tip: Keep Your Skin Creams in the Fridge - Add a little COLD Water, mix it in your palm, then apply to your Cold Face - it's amazing!
This, alone, is amazing to me - I had never HEARD of adding water to any skin cream, have you?
So you just mix it around in your hand, put it on your face, or anywhere you want to heal your skin.
After this dries, I always put on my fave Lubriderm Sensitive Skin Lotion - I looove it - zero scent, is perfect for me, so, I put that on all the time.... you can even put it in your hair - I use it for lovely soft skin, year round, but you can use whatever your favorite Skincare Cream or Lotion you like the best, for your own skin.
Love the Skin You're In, right? lol!
I'll explain the science behind it, tomorrow - better go make dinner for my boy! lol!
Oh, but before I go, for now - this will work wonders on any skin, and if you happen to be pregnant (congratulations!), you could just do the Frozen Facecloth, and this little 10 Minute Spa Trick is fantastic for getting rid of Wrinkles, too - so, don't put an age group on this Skin Treatment, this is great for women, men, teenagers, adults - you name it, it's for everyone, and it won't damage your skin, it will just make your skin so nice and healthy, you'll love it!

Rinse you facecloth each time you use it,
roll it back up, pop it back in the freezer, for the next 10 Minute Spa!
Wring out your Facecloth, so it's not too wet : )
Lay it out flat, or just fold it in your hands!
I like my facecloth rolled up, so it's pretty evenly frozen, not too frozen at the ends...
Put the ends into the center, roll inwards...
And there you go, all rolled up - pop it in the freezer!
It takes a little while to get your facecloth pliable enough to easily put it on your face, when you first take it out the freezer, so, we do that about 10 or 15 minutes before you actually put the frozen facecloth on your face - gives you time to pop to the bathroom, wash your face, maybe brush your teeth with a little lemon juice, that's always so nice and refreshing (although, I guess you're not supposed to do that very often, but, well, I looove it! lol!) ... then your frozen facecloth will be all ready to go - lay down, put the timer on for 10 minutes, relax, let you skin glow!
