Brownie Recipe (9X13 pan Double Recipe!)
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Corn Starch
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Coffee
3 Eggs + 1 Tbsp Water
3 Tsp Vanilla
Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes (Check your Brownies at 35 minutes : )
Sometimes you need a little more time - make sure they're cooked through : )
Do the Toothpick Test - when it comes out clean, it's done!
And if you have a 9" X 13" Glass Pan, you'll get the best results - glass pans are amazing for baking everything - lol! Yum!

Chocolate Fudge Frosting! So good!
Chocolate Caramel Icing
(Skip the Cocoa Powder for Caramel Icing! Yum!)
3 Tbsp Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Water
Stir in Pan for a couple of minutes, boil a little longer for thicker #frosting
Add 2 Tsp Vanilla
Pour onto
2 Cups Icing Sugar
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
Whip with a beater
Add about 1 to 2 Tbsp of Milk,
Beat a little bit more, if you want your icing to be thinner, so you can pour it on - for these deeelishush brownies, or for any chocolate cake - so good!
Pour onto #brownies!
