Big Brother 16 - Throwing the competition - good or bad? Find out on Wednesday! lol!

Okay, so there's the men in da Big Brother Housie - guess which tow are in a semi-showmance?  Zach and Frankie. Zrankie. haha!  Hilarious - very cute!  Super sweet... maybe Zach has more to discover about himself, this summer?  Who knows, but it's great to have a new best friend, and Zach and Frankie are haivng a great time, especially Zach...is good, nice to see some humanity from zach, since he really presented himself to be such a jerk, so at least we can see a much nicer side of him, and he does seem like a pretty smart guy...

And poor ol' Caleb - now I feel a little bit sorry for him - he's really falling pretty hard for Amber, and did you happen to catch the very end of the show, after the pink stuff was dropped all over Amber, and Caleb went over to help her wipe it off?  He wants to take her home to meet his family - that's pretty cute, except Amber hasn't noticed anything about Caleb, at all... and I thought Amer was interested in Devin, but a whole wee in the HOH room, and nothing, soooo, that's interesting - Devin is the kind of guy you might go a date with, because he's so good looking, then all of a sudden, you realize, oh, no, this guy is not what I'd hoped for... happens all the time - some girls make it all the way down the aisle before they see what they really got... I hated the whole thing where Devin is mad about the kitchen not being cleaned according to his schedule, and he angrily takes Brittany's hand cream through to her, like, why did you leave this in the kitchen... think I know why Devin is a single dad - I'd like to know what happened to the mother... no mention of her? That's always weird... like on the Bachelor, when they don't say anything about the mom... makes me uncomfortable...

And that whole thing where Devin 'had' to come clean with Donny, who really played under the radar, tonight... hmmmm, dat not good - the Devin coming clean in front of the whole house, I mean... man, can you imagine how nerve racking that would be for The Bomb Squad? You'd have no idea what he's about to reveal... and you have to be soo careful, not to appear to be the leader of the group - you really gotta look out for that - they're usually the next to be voted off or evicted...

Nicole is maybe showing a little bit more of a personality - interesting to me that she was referred to as really smart, tonight - yikes, I still don't see that, but maybe it's hidden in there, a closely kept secret - lol!  I do like the little crush that Hayden has on Nicole, but I would imagine she thinks he's too young for her - is she 24?  Maybe younger?  And Hayden is 21... seems like a tiny span of time as the years go by, but at that crucial point in your life, a 21 year old man and a 24 year old woman can be light years apart... hmmm, I really wanted 'lightyears' to be one word, but mah' spelling alert red squiggly line, she say, No! Dat not right!). I no likes da red squiggly spelling line - very annoying!

I like that Brittany is standing up for herself - that's a good sign. Cody got a little more play, tonight...ooh, and Cody really likes Brittany... see how the showmances are starting to come out?  Yippee!  That's one of my favorite bits of Big Brother! lol!  Okay, 'til next time.... go have some fun of your own! lol!  Ailsa : )

Oh, yeah, almost forgot - lol - wonder if Paola really threw the competition?  Sure seemed like she was trying, 'til she didn't win, then she said she DID throw the competition... hope that all works out the way she's hoping it will - usually, when you throw the competition, it comes back to bite you in da ash... not good, right?  Soooo, oooh, we'll see what happens on Wednesday! : )

Big Brother 16 - Joey Goes Home - or Was it Alex?

Big Brother 16 - Joey Goes Home - or Was it Alex, Joey's more masculine alter-ego?  I thought that really funny, wonder why the houseguests didn't laugh?  We know that Nicole (not mah' favorite) didn't know what the other houseguests thought, so God Forbid she laugh, and have a thought of her very own...bleh!  Poor Joey, I really liked her, and it was a good idea to start an all-girl alliance - it was bizarre that the other girls didn't seem it give it any thought... man, don't any of them belong to a union, at the very least?  Banding together is too 'crazy' an option for the women to consider? Even Neanderthal Ned say, 'Dat not good. Why they no unite?' (Neanderthal Ned knows more words than you might'a think he does - lol!)  Ah, well, so Joey's the first houseguest evicted from the Big Brother house.... and she didn't even get to make some money from #TeamAmerica.  I hope she does well in her life, I really like her : )

So Donny was wearing a Harvard T-shirt, tonight... makes you wanna go hmmm, right? haha!  Oh, Donny, are you a crafty one, or just sweet, through and through? lol!

Devin and Amber won the HOH competitions - sure makes you wonder how many people are throwing the competition, since there's a good chance the HOH who is dethroned could be put on the block, so it would be a really tricky decision on whether to want to win the HOH, or not. Maybe Devin will show us a better side, cuz right now, me no likes him, no mores.... yuck. Still good looking, but it was super weird that Devin was initially really attracted to Joey, then he really went after her to make sure he had a unaimous house vote against her?  Didn't that seem a little overly aggressive?  But remember how Amber really liked Devind right from the start, and now Joey can't get in the way of that possible showmance... and speaking of showmances, how hilarious was that whole thing with Caleb and Amber? haha!  I'd feel sorry for Caleb, if he hadn't annoyed me so much, already... so that tells us that Caleb doesn't pick up on social cues from women, since Amber clearly was avoiding him, until he got her to come into his HOH room... and then if Amber DOES like Devin, and now they're actually sharing the HOH room, well.... hmmmm, could be a really good Big Brother After Dark - lol!  But will Devin and Caleb be so tight, if Amber chooses Devin? I no tinks so! lol!

Oooh, and I am loving Julie Chen's outfits, so far - man, Julie Chen is ageless - she is just gorgeous.  I really loved the red dress Julie Chen had on in the first episode, and I loved that blue dress she was wearing, tonight - I'd shorten it, for mah'self, though - lol!

Otay, ah' needs a wee schack!  Maybe you'd like to go have a wee look in yer fridge, too! See you soon : )  Ailsa

Big Brother 16 - Donny's #LuckyBeardDay : )

Well, I thought you might'a like this swimsuit shot of the Big Brother 16 cast! hahaha!  Or maybe you would just like to look at anyone in their swimsuit?  Iz okay, we cool like that : )

Wow, soo glad that Donny won the Veto Competition, and took himself off the block, but am so not happy with how awful Devin is being... is so hard to even like Devin, any more, even if he is a lot of fun to look at - is painful hearing him talk against Donny, and was soo sweet when Donny says to Devin, it's okay if you don't trust me, I trust you.... what kind of sweetness is that?  Did you see Devin's heart melt a little?  Grow a little?  And even Paola is starting to have some feelings of empathy for others... so sad that Paola says she only thought of herself, before - is that common?  Is this a generational thing?  I don't get that... aren't children being raised to care about the needs of others, any more?  I raised my children that way - I thought that was a given, how can you have a nice, civil, society, if we aren't all kind to ourselves and to others?  Hmmm.... the thoughts you have during Big Brother! lol!

I do not like Caleb - is hard, since I've heard about that thing that Caleb might have said something terrible about Obama (not about Obama's policy), and that's horrible.  I can't remember what Caleb said, but I remember cringing when I heard it, and it is hearsay, at this point, but one way or another, Caleb sounds like such a jerk - Joey is 'in trouble', because 'she's so stooopid, trying to set up an all-girls alliance', says annoying Caleb, when he has his own 'all-men alliance'?  What?? Jerk. I dunno, I don't have a good feeling about Caleb. And what was with those idiots when Joey was trying to talk to the girls about the all-girl alliance?  Silence.  Seriously. Have they never seen Big Brother, before, or have no clue how alliances work?  You don't have to love everyone in your alliance, you just have to be true to them, vote other people out.... it's rocket science, fer sures...

I loved that Donny methodically went in and got all his letters - surely you would go through the dictionary, or think up your very own words, and then check the dictionary, so you can learn how to spell words with 8 letters, or even more.... and don't get a word stuck in your head, and try to find the letters - how many of the houseguests had letters missing from their words?? hahahahaah!  What, they've never played Scrabble, mah' fave game in the whole wide world? haha!  I dunno, maybe Donny IS the smartest one in the house.. and Donny WAS wearing a North Caroline State University T-Shirt, and usually, you only wear the university you actually went to, right?  I have a Queen's University T-Shirt in the back of my car, just in case I ever need it - lol!

Anyway, so, clearly, Donny is my favorite, Devin and Caleb my least favorites... and Nicole seems like a mowon...poor kid. Not sure how long she'll last (not long, I hope...).  I do hope that Christine starts playing a better and bigger game - she's too far off in the corner with Nicole, and that won't serve her well. We hardly even got a glimpse of Brittany - she doesn't stand out for me, so maybe we'll see some personality there, eventually... I just like people with a real personality, like Frankie - I really like Frankie, so very glad he didn't end up on the block.

Soo, now we have to wait to see who's gonna be the first houseguest to be evicted from the Big Brother house...ooh, can't wait! lol!  See you soon!  Ailsa : )
